Stephanie Terry was appointed to the Board of the Centre for Legal Studies in 2024. She graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2008 and the Centre for Legal Studies in 2009.Since commencing legal practice in 2009, Stephanie has gained experience in private practice, corporate, and government roles, primarily in family law, conveyancing and property law. Stephanie currently holds a corporate practicing certificate within her own agricultural business. The business produces fresh market produce for both domestic and international export and employs over 500 people during peak harvest periods. Her legal practice is complemented by her governance experience, having served on various Law Society and other committees. She is currently the President of Primary Employers Tasmania, where she advocates for workplace relations issues affecting Tasmanian farmers. Stephanie is committed to the ongoing education and training of employees and is passionate about inspiring students to explore well suited career paths where they can develop their skills and grow in their roles.
