Fun Stuff

While the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course is an intense 24 weeks of face to face practical legal training, there is always time for social activities. We pride ourselves on looking after our trainee lawyers’ health and wellbeing, and make sure there are plenty of opportunities to socialise and participate in fun team building activities.

This year our Social Committee organised an afternoon of Barefoot Bowls with both trainees and Centre staff and Board members participating in stiff competition between the teams! This competitive spirit continued during our end of Course ‘Firm Olympics’ where our trainees were pitted against each in their ‘Firm’ groups and had to complete several teams building activities, including a scavenger hunt that led them onto the streets of Hobart to locate various objects or buildings and be the first to return with photographic evidence!!!
