2026 Equity Scholarship

The Centre for Legal Studies Ltd (CFLS) has recently established an Equity Scholarship Scheme to provide an opportunity for eligible trainees undertaking the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course (TLPC) and enrolled in the UTAS Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP), to apply for assistance and support through the scheme.

The Equity Scholarship Scheme is supported by the CFLS Board, and scholarships under the scheme will be awarded to support up to three (3) trainees experiencing financial of personal hardship each year. Scholarships awarded under the scheme will be valued at up to $6000 and any international or domestic trainee enrolled in the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course (UTAS GDLP) will be eligible to apply.

Applications are now open for the 2026 Equity Scholarship Scheme providing support and assistance during the 2026 TLPC. Applications close at 11.59 pm on Sunday 25 January 2026.
